Post Doctoral Fellow

I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Davis lab. My background is in human stem cell engineering. My research interest is understanding the underlying mechanism of stem cells on cardiac dysfunction treatment. Focusing on the extracellular vesicles and their paracrine effects on the tissue regeneration, my primary goal is to identify potential targets of interests using a computational model generated by principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares regression analysis (PLSR). Also, I aim to develop a method for increasing the therapeutic efficacy of patient-specific stem cells for pediatric heart disease model.
