Biography

Hi! I am an undergraduate student majoring in Biology with a minor in Health and Medical Sciences at Georgia Tech. Through GT Miracle, a philanthropic organization partnered with CHOA’s Heart Center, I have met many children and their families. Because I was inspired by their stories of how heart diseases impacted their lives, I joined the Davis Lab in May 2023. I now work with Kimmai Phan to investigate how C-kit+ cardiac-derived progenitor cells (CPCs) could be modified epigenetically to improve cellular therapies for pediatric patients who would benefit from less invasive tacts.
