Biography

Hi! I am a second-year undergraduate student majoring in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech. I am originally from Jordan but live in the UAE. I joined the Davis lab in 2023 due to my interest in cardiac regeneration and preservation. I wanted to explore the way in which biomedical engineering could play a role in the treatment and functioning of the human heart. I currently work with Kenneth De Jesus on a project that entails the creation of bio printed pediatric aortic valves from patient cells through 3D printing.
